Welcome to the People’s Pilates Training

An inclusive Pilates teacher training rooted in anatomy, accessibility, and flow. In this program, you’ll learn how to design and lead thoughtful, effective group mat and reformer classes using our body-position block system. This framework honors the classical Pilates repertoire while blending in modern movement principles to meet the needs of today’s students.
Our hybrid format combines online modules, in-person training weekends, and guided practice teaching sessions in the studio—supported by our team of People’s Pilates instructors. You’ll also gain inclusive cueing strategies and expert instruction from outside professionals in anatomy and movement science.

Built to help you teach with confidence, clarity, and care.
