You’ll learn the full repertoire of spring wall exercises, explore how springs can enhance support and resistance, and understand how to cue and modify for a wide range of bodies and needs. Using our block-based framework, you’ll practice building classes that move seamlessly from start to finish, balancing strength, mobility, and control. Whether you’re new to teaching or refining your skills, this training will help you connect movement with purpose—and guide others in a way that supports every body.
